OOTD- 18th Birthday Breakfast

Image
Hey Guys, SeenByGrean here, sorry for my lack of posting! Ive been studying for my final exams at the end of the year! If you follow my Instagram you would've seen a post on this outfit that I picked for an 18th breakfast I went to. The jumper shirt is probably one of my favourite piece of clothes so far! Its so handy and comfy however it looks dressy and fashionable. The top/shirt jumper is from- Zara , pretty sure I got this for only 22 euro The jeans are a dark navy which tones well with the jumper - from H&M and the boots are from- Boohoo . These boots are the handiest things to have in your wardrope! They give you height elongating your legs and helping them to appear longer than they actually are. The style of boots will be seen this year as theyre a major trend and are seen in various shops. There is a cheaper version of these boots in pennys which come in; Navy, Khaki, red, black and a camel! If you guys have any questions or suggestions let me know SeenByGre

My Favourite Product of all time!- Makeup Eraser

Image
Makeup Eraser- Bought in Mccabes Pharmacy Hey Guys, SeenbyGrean here with my ultimate favourite new product, The 'Makeup Eraser'. I recently received it as a birthday present and I'm literally obsessed. I got mine for 23.99 euros , it may seem a tad expensive however it is supposed to last a year after having washed it! So how does it work? Well basically due to its texture, which is a soft towel feel, it takes off the makeup having had hot water applied to it prior to use. Another side can also be used as an exfoliator to remove old tan or to buff out your skin. The Eraser itself is soft and not harsh on the skin, therefore I resulted in no redness or scratches/marks. Would I recommend this product? 100%, there is no doubt at all that I wouldn't buy another or recommend it to a friend!! If you've any questions feel free to ask me on this, or follow my Instagram; seenbygrean1. SEENBYGREAN            XO

Sleek Matte Lipgloss Review

Image
Hey Guys, SeenByGrean here, sorry I've been so distant! I've been on holidays! So from now on I will regularly post every Wednesday and Saturday with news and certain reviews!   So today's product is the Sleek MatteMe Lipstick. What is it? Well basically it is a Lippy which is in the shape of a lipgloss and when applied, it mattes on your lips giving you the effect of a lip tint which doesn't need topping up! It gives you a velvety finished look.  Review of the product: the lipstick, as it appears so dark, is daunting to put on at first as its so dark! To get the full affect, it's best if you apply a full coat of it, WITHOUT DABBING ANY OFF PRIOR! Once the Lippy is on, if your lips are not moisturised properly it will show the cracks, as many mattes do! I do love this however as it is so dark when trying to clean it around your lips, it can get everywhere as its a tint! The Lippy is my favourite colour of the 5 and I would highly recommend it! They

10 second Bperfect Tan!!

Image
http://www.bperfectcosmetics.com/product/tan/ Bperfect Tan- takes only 10 seconds to develop! You've got to be kidding! Well i'm not! Where can you buy it? You can buy this tan in any pharmacy or online on the website; http://www.bperfectcosmetics.com/product/tan/ The tan is £24.99 and also comes with a free mitt. The mitt has a velvety side to make sure the application is evenly applied on the skin. The mitt itself would cost 5 euro for any mitt! The bottle contains 200ml of the tan and is a spray top. So whats my review of it? The tan is now my favourite tan that I've tried, having tried cocoa brown, vita liberata and Bbold. The great thing about this tan is that it can be applied to your face. The tan didn't cause my skin to break out which I was happy with. The tan gives you a simple glow which doesn't make it obvious that you've tan on! It doesn't streak or blotch in areas after applying it. The tan is different to other types as it only dev

Healthy No Carb Meals

Image
Spiralized Veggies Spiralized Veggies, seem to be the new health trend of this summer 2016. They can replicate the texture of pasta however without consuming Carbohydrates and eating more vegetables. So I decided i'd give this a try! As a result I didn'd find them bad! Theyre great if you stir fry them for 5 minutes, then add pesto and garlic for flavour. Cook them in garlic then add the pesto. You can add some cheese for a source of Calcium. This meal is high in Vitamins, especially A and low in Carbs so if your planning on doing exercise or sport make sure to put in a source of Carbohydrates, otherwise its not important to have it. As a source of Protein you can throw in cut up ham or chicken, low fat meats. As this is a new trend, many people are coming up with new creative ideas, for example, this one which I found on food network on snapchat. Basically what they have done is spiralized Zucchini which you can do yourself with a spiralizer eg from Kenwood or it

Festival Necessities

Image
Hey Guys, SeenByGrean here and since so many festivals such as Longitude are coming up this summer there are a few key things that are needed for a key festival look! A Waterproof Poncho - these raincoats not only keep you dry but they also give you that easily accomplish-able festival look. These coats can be purchased on Boohoo for only 4 euro! They come in both pink and yellow. They work great if you've a pair of boots on. Imagine, even when its raining you'll still look the part! Chunky Coin Necklace-   These necklaces ultimately give you a look of 'effort' without even trying. As seen on Beyonce it is fair to say that these are in fashion! I found a replica to Beyonce's necklace on Boohoo for 12 euro in silver. Pennys/Primark also has them in stock as well as other simple but stunning nedcklaces. These necklaces shouldn't be worn if your wearing a top that covers your shoulder blades as it completely covers your tshirt. It is great if your wea

Quay Sunglasses

Image
Hey Guys, SeenByGrean here and today I purchased a pair of Quay Sunglasses and let me just say.... I've never been happier! I've wanted Quay sunglasses for so long and I finally have them. This pair of sunglasses are called 'Cherry Bomb' in rose gold at a price of 45 euros. I purchased them in topshop but you can purchase them on their website. As like many i'm very apprehensive when it comes to purchasing sunglasses as I always crack them or they stretch but that has not happened. These glasses are stiff and are barely flexible which decreases the chance of them breaking. Their sunglasses are unique and different people have different opinions towards them so make sure to look at their website! By the way guys there will be a Boohoo Haul this week so make sure to stay tuned.                                                               SEENBYGREAN

Recent Makeup purchases- Dislike or Like?

Image
Hey guys, SeenByGrean here and it's finally my summer holidays! Hence the reason it has been so long since I've had a blog post! Stay posted as later on I will be uploading a video of all my purchases (a Haul) from various shops. The first product I'm going to review is the Maybelline Dream Bronze BB cream. This BB cream is my favourite! It covers all your flaws without looking caked or even that you have makeup on! It also gives you a glow, a bronzed glow! Wearing a BB cream is so much better for your skin, it makes sure that your pores aren't blocked. This BB cream also has a SPF of 25 so you can wear it during a sunny day in Ireland and you don't have to worry about burning!. This BB cream comes in a pale colour, which allows you to put it on your face as a pace for bronzer/powder. The BB cream costs 9 euros. Sleek makeup has only recently come to Ireland as is loved by many so the first product that I bought from them is an Illuminator. I purchased

bBold Spray Self Tan Review

Image
Hey Guys, SeenByGrean here, I know its been a long time but I've been doing my final exams before the summer! What do you need the most when the sun is shining and your forced to wear shorts? A golden tan! And that is why I am reviewing this product that I recently bought; 'bBold Self Tan'. The product is one of my favourite tans as it's so easy to apply as it's like applying suncream! I'm someone who struggles to put tan on their back but with this its so easy and less hassle. You just spray and rub, Simple! Before applying the tan I usually exfoliate with a glove and scrub the dry areas, for example your knees and elbows for me as the tan can get stuck there. I then apply some moisturiser and let that soak in before applying the tan with a mitt. The tan has a colour when your putting it on, so your left with a mild tan already. I do advice washing it off the day after or else if it rains you'll have a flood of tan! Trust me it happened! It lasts

Gluten Free Products- Reviews

Image
Hey Guys, SeenByGrean here. I have recently been diagnosed as coeliac and have tried so many various products, some I've liked others not so much. Supervalu and Tesco are great for so many gluten free products! I know many of you guys are gluten intolerant or coeliac so I thought I would just let you guys know which ones I recommend! Supervalu own brand products. Supervalu have such great gluten free own brand products! I really enjoy their own free from white sliced loaf on the right with red wrapping around it. The loafs are quite small however and the crusts can be quite hard but the quality of the bread is of great quality. Their chocolate fingers I also usually buy too however they are quite high in sugar content which I didn't realise! Bread I find, Is the hardest change for coeliac's but the bread which I enjoy the most is Bfree's gluten free loaf, brown. Its such a nice texture as well as the crusts. It is also so nice toasted. I buy this loaf in

Review on the 'Flawless Foundation Makeup Brush'

Image
Hey Guys, SeenByGrean here. Sorry for the non recent posts! I've been in hospital and have only just gotten back to bring you my new product that I've just tried out! This unusual looking bathtub brush is called the 'Flawless foundation makeup brush'. You can purchase this brush at any pharmacy such as Mccabes. I bought this for only 12.99 euros! Which is a great price for this brush that is in trend at the moment. So what does the brush actually do, like is it a normal makeup brush? Well the answer to that Is no. The round, easily moveable brush is designed so that you can manoeuvre the foundation in around creases to give a flawless complexion to your skin! The brush Is quite small however you can get them in many sizes! You can even get ones that you can use for eyeliner! How cool is that! I highly recommend this product! Another product made by 'Flawless Foundation' is their cream contour which is also 12.99! It comes with many cream colours as well

Review on the 'Scunci topsytail'

Image
What is it? Basically its a way of creating so many great hairstyle looks with a simple and easy to use pull through device. What does it come with/include? It comes with two hooks, a large one and a small one. It also comes with a handbook of 6 different styles which are so easy to replicate! So whats my review?? I absolutely love  this product! Its such a great way to look like you've come out of a salon when you've only just climbed out of bed, brushed your hair and whalla! Some of the styles I tend to use more then others for example the one to the left where you simply pull your hair through a loose hole above where your bobbin was. You can easily replicate that design with just a hair bobbin, the hooks do help to make it neater though. The Hooks sometimes get stuck in some hair but if you take your time they don't. They take barely anytime to do! At most I take 5 minutes but that's if i'm being extra fussy! How much does it cost?  It costed only

Review on the 'Hot!Mess white roll neck top'

Image
Hey Guys SeenByGrean here! Thanks so much for all the recent views, it makes my day! Any who, I've another review for you......... The Hot!Mess white roll neck top! This jumper has been a favourite of mine for ages ever since I heard of the brand! I wasn't sure on buying it as the exchange rate for euros made it very expensive and I wasn't sure if it was worth it, but of course I gave in and bought it. The jumper itself is a great material its not too thick or thin. It is ribbed which isn't that noticeable in pictures. The roll neck is fab fab fab! It doesn't just flop, it holds its round shape and it can be rolled again for a more precise look or just left to do what it wants to do! I purchased it in white which for me probably wasn't the best colour since I thought I would get stains of makeup on it but actually that hasn't happened! The big neck helps to prevent any makeup from your chin or neck getting on it! Id advise for brunettes to buy the w

American Pancakes. I've adjusted this mixture to me as its also Gluten free! You cant even tell the difference between gluten and non gluten pancakes! They're soft, spongy with a crispy rim around them! I also discovered that you can make different flavours or put different toppings in them for example; I poured the batter in the pan, then placed blueberries on top then flipped! Recipe; 260g of gluten free flour or 230g plain flour 1tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp of salt 1 egg 380mls of buttermilk( 2 tbsp of vinegar or lemon juice to plain milk, let it sit for around 5 minutes until it starts to clump, use all of the mixture) 1 tsp of sugar Method; 1. 'Block out the Jealous' with these matte rim black shades

Image
Hey Guys, SeenByGrean here, this weeks blog posts are going to be based around mainly clothes I bought last week! My main brand that i'm going to review and discuss is my all time favourite....Boohoo. 'Boohoo.com' Yes guys its the shop you watch during the adverts and wish you could buy all their clothes! I always purchase my clothes from them, they usually take 3-4 days to come to Ireland which is amazing!! The products that I bought that I will be discussing is a round sombrero style hat in black, these sunglasses(Black and Gold), a navy American football jersey style top and high neck jumpers. First of all, to anyone who has never purchased from Boohoo your missing out! I usually shop in the sale section as so many things are around 8-12 euro and are so handy for daily wear styles! Its even possible to buy a dress for 6 euro! That's the amount of a big dairy milk bar! Sizes can sometimes ne smaller when it comes to trousers/skirts so I usually go up a size

Hey Guys, SeenByGrean here and its that time of week again................................. Recipe day! This week's recipe is the quickest and most delicious pasta dish ever! It is now my favourite home made pasta dish! A homemade Puttanesca (tomato sauce with Worcestershire sauce, sweet chilli sauce, plenty of garlic and oozy mozzarella!)
